Design-Build Service SFA’s Design-Build Service is offered through our strategic alliances with general contractors and design-build firms . Through these powerful alliances and due to the volume of projects we oversee, the average savings to SFA clients in this area is more than 20% of total construction costs over bids acquired in the open market! Through SFA, our clients are able to achieve discounts on design-build, construction materials, turf, lighting, dasher boards, hardwood flooring, and a wide range of other “must-have items.” Additionally, because of our experience in this area we are often able to shorten the development timeline by as much as 6 months over traditional builders in the open market. SFA oversight and coordination and our back up plans, insure ‘integration’ of the various elements throughout the construction or build out of your facility. SFA’s purchasing power also means that SFA projects are viewed as top priority by our vendors. With SFA you will not have to worry about on time delivery, on time installation, coordination among multiple providers such as turf, hardwood flooring, lighting, facility management software, or other elements. For clients who have already selected a design-build service, general contractor, or architect, don’t despair; The Sports Facilities Advisory regularly works with other firms. In fact, we are typically able to assist them in achieving better results for you and often find that they can become part of our network of providers after your project is complete. Finally, SFA’s relationships within the industry include exclusive offerings negotiated to the great benefit of our clients. We have arranged discounts and benefits with building manufacturers, architects, financing specialists, and manufacturers of turf, lighting, dasher boards, flooring, and athletic equipment. |

SFA has developed
a system for interviewing your customers. These 15-20 minute phone
