Fund Your Project Nearly all of SFA’s clients have needs in the funding or resource allocation stage. We call these our Capital Acquisition and Capital Allocation Programs. These programs are tailored to your specific needs. From private entrepreneurs to state and government agencies, SFA offers a complete line of support services, documentation services, consulting, and on site presentations to assist you in acquiring or allocating the capital your project will need. While SFA is not licensed to sell securities, we have extensive experience in the development of presentation materials, business plans, and information packets used. Our on site presentation supports also provides clients with expert perspective and support during critical fund raising meetings. For those who are fully funded, our Capital Allocation Programs support decision making about where to invest resources and where costs can be contained or eliminated all together. During this phase of our work we are often involved in real estate negotiations and other major purchasing decisions to reduce start up costs and to increase the appeal of your project to lending and investment sources. Publicly held projects often require SFA’s involvement in gaining access to funds and operational/service fees from the various stakeholders who will utilize your facility. From city planners and town councils to community meetings, SFA is well versed in the political and other sensitivities that must be addressed to successfully develop a new community recreation or sports facility. |

SFA’s Facilitative Sales Training™ is one of our most powerful services. Attending a SFA Facilitative Sales Training™ (FST) will transform the way you relate to your clients, thereby transforming the way your clients relate to your organization. In this action packed 3 day workshop you will learn how to:
Developing strategic alliances
is one of the most effective ways to reach the people you want to
serve. Experience has shown us that alliances succeed as the result
of the early negotiations and the specific details of the alliance
agreement. SFA offers advisory services to help you identify the
right alliances and referral sources. Typically your SFA Advisor
will be with you in-person to assist with your first round of alliance
relationship building meetings. We can even make the calls and set
up the initial meetings for you.
SFA’s Public
Relations and Media service includes the development of press releases,
media event development, and pitch calls to get your articles or stories
placed in the right publications. Our public relations and media
campaigns place a spotlight on your organization in the publications
and media sources that your customers and prospects value. Dollar
for dollar, this is the least expensive way to get coverage in magazines,
newspapers, television and radio. Our PR service manages campaigns
from start to finish or can advise you on how to implement your
own PR campaign.
SFA can close
deals for you! That’s right, we often conduct sales calls for
our clients. The most typical scenario begins when an opportunity
crosses your desk. We would respond on your behalf, conduct the initial
needs assessment, write a proposal for service, and close the
deal for you! This service requires us to understand your business
and your products, so it is most common among clients we have been
working with for some time.
