| Overview of SFA’s Role |
Working with the Halifax Regional Municipality, SFA was tasked with reviewing the master plan and providing comprehensive financial forecasts for the development of this expansive facility which shall serve as the home of the 2011 Canada Winter Games. SFA also worked with the municipality to establish pre-opening timelines related to management and operations systems, marketing campaigns, and staff recruiting and development. |
